Session 4

Comparing Notes Between Funders and Field: A global session to collectively explore new opportunities, seeking insights and alignment from this diverse, international and cross-sectoral group.

1 December 2021 - 13:00 - 16:00 UTC

Session Overview

Update: We’re thrilled to share that the speakers for the funder panel within this session have been confirmed. We’re profoundly grateful to welcome:

Cameren Bullins from Rockefeller Brothers Fund
Fanny Calder from Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF)
Sahba Chauhan from IKEA Foundation
And a senior representative from The Oak Foundation.

For this session, you are warmly invited to join us as UMI Fund hosts a global community gathering of partners, fellow travelers and funders. Together we will exchange stories and discuss the lessons of the past year, before sharing our hopes, intentions and priorities for the coming year.

We’ll have some dedicated time hearing from some of the big climate funders, deepening our understanding of their world. A deep, participatory discussion for everyone will bring the experience and expertise of the whole group to reflect, gain insights, and spot opportunities.

Our hope is that everyone taking part will benefit, leaving inspired, energised and with new ideas and connections to help supercharge our collective impact.
